


Leadership Development Programs
Women On the Move, Dare to Soar, My Sister's Keeper, and Each One Reach One are internal leadership development Tools for NETWORK members. Members are encouraged to submit their applications by the specified date. Please review each program for more detailed instructions.

In 1991, the EACH ONE REACH ONE program was developed to provide financial assistance to members seeking educational opportunities.
Marjorie M. Brown, field director of marketing and communication in Miami, FL, developed the EACH ONE REACH ONE program.

The deadline for submission is October 10th.
In 2008, the Dare To Soar program was developed to assist women in middle management and help them demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and techniques for managing people effectively. Debra Jones developed the program, which Vinnie Malloy managed. This program provides an opportunity for EAS 15-18 NETWORK members.
Open submission - there is no deadline.
In 2004, Marjorie M. Brown, Postmaster, Atlanta, GA, developed the WOMEN ON THE MOVE program. This program is designed to profile leaders with high potential for increased responsibility and accountability in the postal service. It is open to EAS 19 and above NETWORK members currently prepared to move into EAS-22 through PCES positions.
